§1 Information about the collection of personal data

(1) Below, we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data includes all data that can be personally related to you, e.g., name, address, email addresses, user behavior.

(3) When you contact us by email or through a contact form, the data you provide (your email address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be stored by us to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context after storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are statutory retention obligations.

(4) If we use subcontractors for individual functions of our offer or would like to use your data for advertising purposes, we will inform you about the respective processes in detail below. We also mention the defined criteria for the storage period.

§2 Your rights

(1) You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to information,
  • Right to correction or deletion,
  • Right to restriction of processing,
  • Right to object to processing,
  • Right to data portability.

(2) You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at) about the processing of your personal data by us.

§3 Collection of personal data when visiting our website

(1) When you use the website for informational purposes only, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

  • Date and time of the request
  • Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transmitted in each case
  • Website from which the request comes
  • Browser
  • Operating system and its interface
  • Language and version of the browser software.

(2) In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie (here by us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer as a whole more user-friendly and effective.

This website uses functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
